Vacation rental photography is different from standard MLS coverage because guests need to understand how the property will actually work for their stay.
That means coverage needs to include the things guests actually make decisions on: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, gathering spaces, outdoor areas, pool or dock access, parking, entry, and any amenity that affects the stay.
A standard Better Home Photos vacation rental shoot includes a minimum of 30 professionally edited images, with a private digital gallery typically delivered within 24–48 hours.
Images are finished with straight architectural lines, natural color, balanced exposure, and a clean, realistic look. FAA Part 107 aerial coverage is available when appropriate and permitted.
