A standard Better Home Photos vacation rental shoot for Airbnb, Vrbo, direct-booking, and self-managing owners includes a minimum of 30 professionally edited images. Coverage is planned around what guests need to understand before they book, including arrival and parking, sleeping areas, gathering spaces, outdoor areas, pools, docks, other amenities, and the property’s overall context where applicable.
The finished gallery is hand edited with straight architectural lines, natural color, balanced exposure, and a clean, realistic finish. Images are typically delivered digitally within 24–48 hours.

John personally handles the photography workflow for each property. The property should be vacant and photo-ready at the scheduled time. Owners do not normally need to be present when secure keyless or lockbox access has been arranged in advance.
